I certainly agree with this.  There are circumstances where a
strong-minded woman may marry a weak-minded or ineffective man.  To
protect the family, it may be necessary for her to take the reins.
Likewise, if there is an illness or accident that prevents the husband
from using his leadership right in the family, it is good to have a
strong-minded, intelligent and educated wife as his backup.
