One person outside the base could open the proper container from a distance and do terrible damage to the entire base and surrounding area. While most people are asleep, the gas or bugs will be working their way into the air systems on the base. In 30 minutes to an hour, many on the base could be dead. But, you hit them with a one two punch. You release both gas and biological at different intervals so that they might be prepared for one, but never suspecting the other. This is the kind of stuff we need to prepare our bases for. Detectors and sealed barricks would be very helpful. -- The Past: Man oppressed by government.
