     I'm not saying guerilla wars cannot be won, or at least 
stalemated which in the long run might be just as good.  I'm saying
that in a war between a US military that is 100% loyal to the
government and some armed civilians in the US, the military would
win, but the destruction of property and among non-participating
civilians would be horrendous.
