1. The fact remains the RATE rose and since it did so within one 
reporting period it 'jumped'.  English a second language is it?

2.  Had you actually looked at the WHOLE damn page the site ALSO had the 
foreclosure story.  But, I admit the bad, I assumed intelligent readers. 
As usual the exception disproved the generality.

As for political statement, I believe it is as acceptable for me to 
comment on such as I see fit, as it is for you to avoid commenting on the 
isues presented.  But then sychophant dittoheads have never ever 
addressed a fact or issue which did not fit with whom they parrot.

occured to you that no one 'forced' you to read my post? Nor is their 
evidence that once having scanned for all the monosyllabic and three 
lettered words, were you forced to respond.
