Having been watching interest rates on and off, .1 magitude changes 
aren't anything uncommon. Just one lender to another can be greater
than that.

And again with the insults. If you ment the story that is linked 
under "More personal finance news" along with "Is your 401(k)plan 
going away" you should have cited both URLs. Learn how to make 
a proper cite.

You didn't present any 'issues' beyond what was in the story. You 
presented a trolling tirade, much like the one you go into below and with 
your thinly vailed insult above.
