I would recommend NTW for tires.   They have good prices and I've always
had good luck with them.  I've bought probably 15 tires from them and
never had a problem.  They also will fix your flats for free (if the
flat tire came from NTW); this might be part of the road hazard insurance
option they might try to sell you, or if could be free.  I don't remember
for sure.  I don't have a recommendation for the other stuff, sorry.
