I have a minor complaint about NTW. My mother went there to buy four new
tires and wasn't given an option on the road hazzard warranty - they just
included it. This isn't that big of a deal, and it might help her in the
future, but I didn't like how it wasn't offered.
Now for tune-ups one recommendation. If you know anything about cars, go
to Andy Grannatelli's (sp?) tune up masters. I've had fantastic luck with
them, however, I stand in the bay and watch. It's never happened, but if
I saw them fooling with something they weren't supposed to, I'd know and
ask them what they're doing. I sent someone else to the exact same shop
who didn't know anything about cars and they ripped him off. I know it's
not much of a recommendation, but the place has been great for me.
