Hi,

I'm at UBC and make frequent calls to Victoria (mainly) and Kingston
(ie. no international calls).  I'm currently using ACC which gives me 
about 30% off average on top of BCTel.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with London Telecom's
flat rate service, or any other long distance plans for that matter.
