Hi there.

If you only call two numbers (ie: one in Victoria and one in Kingston) 
then I would recomment Sprint.  They give you half off BCTels normal 
rates (which beats their RealPlus), and yes, they DO publish a complete 
cost/savings summary in each bill you receive.  I have been a client of 
theirs for about a year and a half, and have saved myself ~$1500.
