   In fact, it is NOT 30% off of BC TEL's best prices.  It is 30% off of
their *regular* price for that time of day.  If you're using BC TEL's Real
Plus plan, you get 15-20% off BC TEL's regular prices, plus a cash bonus
once a year that can be up to something like 15% of your total long distance
for the year, depending on how much long distance you use.

   In general, I suspect that none of the long distance suppliers will be
cheapest for everyone.  They all average out about the same, and which deal
is the best for any individual will depend on that individual's calling
patterns.
