Quite right. Except for one small fact. No one has ever died
from marijuana over dose or from the chronic effects of the
drug. Ever.

So lets see

400,000/40,000,000 = 1% a year for tobacco

100,000/70,000,000 = .14% a year for alcohol

0/20,000,000 = .000000000000000% for marijuana

suppose there are only two million pot smokers - the answer is
still zero.
