For those suffering from the fall blahs, an engineer
friend of mine who also suffers from S.A.D. is now
developing a low-cost light box prototype. Anyone
interested in one should call Gary at (604) 327-8894
or e-mail me and I'll pass it on, eventually.

BC SAD (or unipolar or bipolar) sufferers should also
give the MDA (Mood Disorders Association) a call.

The UBC MDA group meeting time has now been
moved to every second Monday, Nov. 15...,
from 5:30 p.m. on, in the grad centre pub, or
call Gary at 327-8894 or Laura at 298-9889 for info.
