     I wouldn't expect it to be.  What would you say it "is" now?

     In my days (1978-82, 1984-87) there were a lot of people on
campus who didn't feel their views were represented by The
Ubyssey.  Funny, they didn't usually seem to be that interested
in actually getting *involved* with the paper to try to
influence its editorial decisions.  When they did, the paper did
change, which is the way change should happen.  IMHO.
