What you say is true --- to a point. Anything public
belongs to everyone --- playgrounds included --- so using
your reasoning it is perfectly logical and reasonable for autos
to use playgrounds.

While anything public belongs to everyone, everything public
also has designated usage --- for safety, mobility, etc.

Sidewalks for people --- streets for *Vehicles* which
includes autos --- playgrounds for children and people.

This is a side-issue and off-topic to the expressed point
--- streets are for mobility of vehicles --- autos are
lawful vehicles --- therefore, let them pass.
If autos are outlawed on your basis above, then you have legal
grounds. Otherwise, you are wasting your time here --- put
your efforts to work where they will produce the results you feel
are best.
