First off you're right I'm am posting from Canada... Also I'm not
Canadan....so do some homework before you start accuse facts. Preparation is
always good... think for CM. I moved here last June and come back for the
winter every year....so I ride the roads in the Sac. Valley and Sat.
rides........
1) I spent 45 years in the Sacramento area...some dealing with CM.... and
also cycled in the area. Member of USA cycling.. even did quite a few Davis
Doubles as well as racing in the 4th July Crit. in Davis.
That's why I am commenting on a American bike club. PS> a member of Mako
Cycling Team also."Still"
I know members of the Davis Bike club........bought my last bike from Steve
Larsen last May. I have high respect for those cyclist and that's why I say
I am very disappointed in the Davis Bike Club. So I do know what I speak.
CM has blocked streets (downtown Sac) rode in irresponsible manner, not
obeying the traffic laws. I know I was enforcement and had to deal with the
out of control riders. I say riders not cyclist.

And I say again.......they have done more HARM to the promotion of cycling
then any group I have dealt with. Including some out of control mountain
bikers on single track trail at Salmon Falls........
