By far most dancers don't use computers effectively or at all.

The point of the post was not for the one's that are there, rather
suggestions from those who got there as to what resources where useful
to them in the process.

By far, most of what is on the web is crap. The point of such lists is
to filter these choices down to a manageble level for those comming in.

I get a lot a positive e-mail about my project as well as ~ 50,000
accesses a month. But your right, if the 200 or 300 people that read
these dance newsgroups don't respond to a question then i should
certainly abandon all hope.

There are plenty of resources on how to create webpages, this has
nothing to do with dancing and your resource seems redundant, and
apparently not of much interest in the newsgroups you are posting in,
in that no one is following up on your messages.

I would suggest you consider the lack of follow-ups as indicative of
the interest in your project...

No, what I said is that if you don't get any follow-ups, you should
consider that indicative of the interest in your posts.

Implied was that you thus might want to stop repeatedly posting. Your
posts are not about dance, and dancers aren't posting follow-ups.
Thus, perhaps, your posts in these dance newsgroups are out of place
and shouldn't be repeated.

Now, if there ARE dancers that find your posts of interest and
pertinent to these dance newsgroups, and they post opinions of such,
of course then there *would* be interest. So far, I haven't seen it.

Pleeezzzzzzeee do. At the dance dept. here at UCLA more administrative
staff than faculty have e-mail. Very few use the web.

It's my personal experience that the majority of people that i take
class with don't know what a URL is.

Your experience i take it is different?

Wait a minute. Female engineers do not necessarily represent their

Another dancing Engineer ? Great, what field (Elect, Mech or Comp Sci ?)
Dancing Engineers will have a hard time finding their cubbyhole. Most
engineers don't dance, so it's hard leaving work in time to get to a
class.
