Andy,
d.t.modems would be the place to ask for the best advice. I have very
little experience with hands free telephones etc but I think you have to
plug your mic and speakers into the modem NOT the soundcard. IIRC you
can get link cables to make this possible. If you don't have the
facility to plug speakers and mics into your modem then you are knacked
- you haven't got a voice modem.
