Dear all Comp. Masters or who owns one these machines. I've been planing to build a new Pentium machine for a long time. Price and performance optimisation is really bordering me. 1st system: P5 200 MHz 32 MB SDRAM (12ns) 10 msec. HD 2nd sustem: P6 200 MHz (256 KB int. cache) 32 MB EDO RAM (50ns) 10 msec. HD 3rd ystem: P6 150 (512 KB int. cache) 32 MB EDO RAM (50ns) 10 msec. HD Do you think which one is faster? Price of 2nd and 3rd are not much different but more than 1st system. I like to do multitasking. Runing either win95 or win NT. If you are free and want to express your oppinion, please do so. Please comment about price VS performance. Thank you for your time.
