If I had a 17" monitor (or higher) then the glass would almost be
touching my nose.
Currently, I am borrowing a 15" monitor and because my desk is small,
then screen is only 16" from my eyes. If it were any closer, it would
be uncomfortable.
I have been running this 15" monitor at 1024x768 and the resolution is
quite adequate for CAD work under Windows.
I am now looking for a good quality monitor that can give high
resolutions, but will be comfortable at such a short distance.
