Well I look at the Computer magazines and see WE advertise a heck of a
lot in them. I should think that with all the things in the mags about
what you should/should not do when buying something makes them believe
they get off the hook. Actually a lot of the purchasing thingie info is
very good when wandering down the track of parting with money.
With the Credit Card companies they are legally obliged to act upon
certain things when it comes down to it. It would not surprise me if
they gave you a refund and too no real action because I should think WE
commision to them is vast.
Personally I've dealt with WE only a couple of times and they've been
great but there again I've not had any following on problems. I recall
having dealings with Software Warehouse and after they sent the 'wrong'
software their customer services woman was about the worst experience I
could ever wish for. I at least got my refund but had endured the
postage costs and to be hones could not be bothered to try and recoup
them back in the end.
Hope it all works out OK in the end.
Just my comments
Michael
