My God, they (British Gas) were trying to argue that because they were
computer-generated she should not have treated the letters as seriously
as if they had come from a person!
If they had called in the bailiffs, computer-generated letters would
have been what they sent.

I hope she doesn't lose (or has nothing to lose).
