No, it's essentially a javascript question.

cyan : I believe the standards are very unsupportive of named colours,
as opposed to browsers, which like them.  The actual colour achieved is
unimportant, as long as it's not black or similar.  Changed to #00FFFF.

TABLE : SUMMARY has no visible effect normally, but is socially
mandatory.  However, eyeball validation tells me that summary is
present.  Quis validatet validatores?

ILAYER : HTML 4 should ignore it, but sees and uses the DIV.  NS 4.7
should see it; and I believe that it does, since the old contents do
vanish ...

I'll try Jim's centering on my next visit to the Library.  Today's js-
index.htm has, at the top, a DynWrite in a Table and another not.



NS 4.7 has found a logical flaw in js-maths.htm that MSIE 4 ignores :

The line starting Fn cites non-existent items if p<3.  Solution is now
obvious but will need careful editing to install neatly.  That is the
test box code for the number-to-string routines such as StrU().
