Table summary is definitely in HTML4.01. It is optional in the DTD,
but needed according to WAI.

I don't know where the hon Usenaut gets his validation from, but it
seems he's being sold short.

Sure; however. it's no surprise that it fails validation.

Your <form> with no action also upsets a genuine HTML validator.
As well as the #rrggbb value which is lacking quotes.  But you could
easily have determined that for yourself.
