Hi out there!

I'm Rick. If my header sent you grasping for your mouse, then perhaps
you are the girl for me. Read on to find out...

The kind of dude I am:
I'm good looking with blue eyes, fair hair in a kind of Hugh Grant mop,
5'8" tall, not overweight, but not skinny either and I wear size 9
shoes. I have been living in Cambridge (UK) for 5 years and I also work
in Cambridge (also UK) as an electronic development engineer.

I'm a nonsmoker and I drink socially. I have a very good sense of humour
- often whacky. I am very caring, kind, generous, sensitive,
understanding, supportive and not easily ruffled. I can offer a
listening ear or a shoulder to cry on any time.

What I am into:
I enjoy eating out (a must), pubs, gigs, top-down motoring in my X1-9
and owners' club events (see the club's web page at http://www.X1-
9ownersclub.org.uk). I've tried gliding and would certainly do it again.

Some of my favourite bands at the moment are Elastica, Echobelly,
Sleeper, Salad, Garbage, Suede and Veruca Salt. Earlier ones include,
The Cure, The Undertones, The Smiths and, dare I say, Duran Duran.

Some of the people who make me laugh are Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer,
Tony Slattery, the men who behave badly, and John Hegley (seen live
twice). Cambridge has its usual list of summer events including fairs,
festivals, music, theatre and even fireworks. Of course, all these need
to be shared experiences to be enjoyed fully. That's where you can help.

The kind of babe I hope you are:
Someone special, who will also be a caring friend, to share most
excellent times with and to add a bit of sparkle. A nonsmoker (or giving
up). Preferably attractive, living near to Cambridge (the same one) and
aged between 24 and 34, but personality and shared tastes are more
important. Definitely someone who is looking for a long term friendship
and romance.
