You can try Sim Lim Square and Funan Centre.

Yes, there is one at 57 Tanjong Pagar Road and another cybercafe at 
82 Boat Quay. There are also some others whose addressed I can't 
remember.

I liked going down to Boat Quay; mentioned above. It's a place to 
go pubbing if you like to drink.
