There are two Wilco's on Pantops; I'm not sure which one you're talking about. However, on the one further up the hill (by Brown's Toyota), I've had the same thing happen -- the gas spillage, that is, not the trunk full of gas. You might want to consider calling the Va. Dept. of Weights and Measures, or whatever they're called. They're supposed to certify these pumps and I believe that their phone number is on a sticker on most, if not all, gas pumps. Good luck.
