I was, AFAIK, the first (only?) person to see the initial post
awhile back.  At that point I wrote Andy to try to persuade him
to ease off a bit and see what management would do for him.  He
cancelled his article, I cancelled my criticism of it.

Well, it looks like the management (on the regional level
anyway) has decided "we'll stick to our guns (and bottom line)
and the customer be damned!"  I can assure you that Pantops
Wilco has heard from me at this point.

I think only the manager could file a trespass order against
you.  The clerk could certainly issue a restraining order, but
only to prevent you coming near him personally.  Any Law
students want to comment?
