...intellectual ability is not limited by skin color, religious
beliefs, ethnic background or economic class.  Having been a Mensa
member I can attest that a majority of our members (all considered
either at the genius level or just below but well above the "norm"),
came from *all* ethnic and social-economic backgrounds..and yes 
we had several members who were  African-American.

yeah the KKK and the Aryan Brotherhood all come from upper middle
class or higher neighborhoods. In fact a common breeding and
recruiting ground for KKK members is within the ivy league schools.

Just last year Harvard and Yale had a rash of cross burnings and
lynchings... 8-P

It's obvious we're not dealing with a genius *here*.
