I hadn't thought about that.  The moderator being able to submit answers from
news onto DECUServe may be a solution. 

In my case, not using DECUServe is not a matter of money, but of time.  I have
a tough time getting enough spare minutes to read news, which is fast, already
on my machine (no slow modem/ bad line), and I know how to work it.  I couldn't
justify paying for line time to learn to run VAXnotes so that I can spend even
more time reading the same kind of stuff I get free on news.  The boss would
spring for the $75 bucks, if I asked, but I know I wouldn't LOG ON enough to
be worth it.   In the case of news, it comes to me.
