	Um I think someone wrote a client once.  Maybe it was a
	server.  Did it use QIO functions?  Hmmm.  Wait.  No, it
	was definitely a client because you ran it with a VMS
	command.  I think QIO was its name.  No ok I got it now.
	It was like a server except it could talk to server 
	function routine module programs.  It was really neat	
	and used graphics and everything!

	Unfortunately I've forgotten what it was, but if you find
	it, let me know too!
