Information on OPS5 - please ?

Hi,

I am currently investigating automatic course checking for
our University. To this end I am evaluating some of the
expert system languages that are about. As we are running
a DEC VAX/VMS site I am trying to find information on OPS5 and
other expert system tools that will run under VMS and can
be compiled so that I can take advantage of standard VMS
passing mechanisms to try to build a rule set from an RDBMS.
I am interested in anyones opinions of OPS5 and any working 
knowledge of the product.

Has anyone had any experience of OPS5 and/or something simliar?
