Well, if nothing else, it is comforting to learn that Illinois
doesn't have a monopoly on twits in the legislature, and that
Wisconsin, a state I usually admire (particularly when contrasted
to Illinois) has a few boobs and cretins in high places (assuming
one can reasonably consider the state legislature a high place).
