Considering that you have absolutely no experience in these matters,
you are hardly qualified to talk in a seemingly authorative manner.
The fact is that someone needs to be in charge and have decision
making authority.  When the US is being attacked for any reason
at any time, that person in charge should be the highest possible
official in the nation.  Since Air Force One has all of the
classified communications equipment that is needed to insert an
official into the loop, President Bush could have been in effective
command from the airplane.  That is where he should have been.

Instead, Bush ran an hid behind the "Little Billy Goat" book for
7 critical minutes.  Just like he went AWOL from his flying slot
in the Texas ANG, Bush went AWOL from American on the morning of
9/11.
