In between Afghanistan and a hard place. NATO can't win, and can't afford to
lose until both Bush and Blair are out of office.
So expect NATO to keep killing Afghani citizens for at least 2-3 years. 
The cost of this little war is going to skyrocket as well and Canadians better
be prepared to pick up Harpers share of the bill. He won't be paying it.
