In the case of downloading the movie from the internet...you don't pay the producers and copyright owners of the movies anything. You only pay your ISPs. What I think will probably happen in the future..is that highspeed ISPs will be hit with bills from content producers very much like the CD fees that we have seen come along. These hollywood producers will lay some kind of a media tax on the highspeed service with the assumption that the service is being used to download free content from various sites. The fees will of course be passed onto the consumers. Then..whether you choose to download One Hour photo or not...you will still be paying some fees which go to the producers.
