Color support is enabled. Whether you see color or not depends on the
settings of the terminfo file for your TERM. If you have a terminal
which really supports color, but the terminfo description doesn't note
this (most commonly vt100 emulation on a machine which has color), you
can set color on your lynx options page and save it in your .lynxrc
file. You can set color to "ON" for that session, or to "ALWAYS" to keep
it on for future sessions. You could also invoke lynx as "lynx -color".
This will send standard color commands, which may or may not work on
your machine. The best way to handle this is with a terminfo description
that actually describes the capablilities of your terminal. The color
defaults work with most of the PC emulations, however.
To set color, go into the option page by typing "o". Then type "&" to
get the color options. Choose "ON" or "ALWAYS", hit the ENTER key, and
either return to lynx with "r" or save your options with ">". The colors
are set to the ones I like. To configure different colors for yourself,
you need to copy the lynx.cfg file to your own directory (from
/wb/home/dkaufman/nobak/lib/lynx.cfg), edit the color section at the end
of the file, and invoke lynx as "lynx -cfg=Full_path_to_file/lynx.cfg",
where Full_path_to_file is the directory where you put your modified
lynx.cfg.
