Excel form feedback with Acrobat I am trying to create a formfeedback function. Basically, this is what I would like to do: 1. Take an excel spread sheet survey which has rows of questions and columns for responses that tally up to a total percentage. 2. Then turn that into a PDF form on a website that visitors can take the survey 3. and the PDF form tracks responses in the excel file. is this possible with acrobat? thanks in advance. n
