I have a user with Adobe Reader 9.3 who, when he opens a PDF file,
Adobe Reader opens but does not display the file. We have tried using
File Open as well but same result. We have uninstalled and reinstalled
Adobe Reader and run all updates. If you open Adobe Acrobat through
Start - All Programs and get the blank screen, this is how it looks
even after double-clicking on a PDF. We have tested numerous PDF
files, all of which can be opened on other computers running the same,
or older versions of Adobe Reader.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The user was able to open PDF
files as of a few days ago so it's not a permissions issue as we have
not changed anything with his permissions.
