Another option for removing unneeded destinations in a PDF is to use the most excellent FM2Acrobat Timesavers product from Microtype, at http://www.microtype.com <http://www.microtype.com> Shlomo Perets has some fantastic tools and lots of great info on the site about getting PDFs that are "all they should be" out of FM.
