I receive the following message when distilling a .pdf file:

Can one distill an already opened .pdf file?

This question concerns Acrobat Distriiler. I am using the 6.0 version of the program. The operating system is OS 10.3.5 on a Mac with 256k of RAM. I used InDesign to make the original .indb and then converted it to a .pdf using the same program. The same error occurs if I try to distill the .indb.

I want a higher resolution of my document for printing purposes. This is my first time distilling a project and I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. If anyone can please offer assistance I would greatly apppreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Robyn
