Glenn, Thanks for your reply. I don't have any hyperlink to my PDX file. I don't think I want one. I just want to make sure it is selected by default or magic when the user; 1) Opens the cover.pdf (where the PDX is associated under Document Properties | Advanced | Search Index). 2) Uses any bookmark in cover pdf to navigate to any tab_0nnn.pdf. 3) Performs a Search. Why use a link to a PDX file? Thanks, Patrick
