Dear all I run Microsoft Windows XP SP2 Traditional Chinese. On this PC, I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat 5 and 6. Then installed Acrobat Reader 8 downloaded from adobe.com. When I run it for the first time, it just crashed after an Adobe window frame opened. It says it needs to be closed. When I click the details link, I see: AppName: acrord32.exe AppVer: 8.0.0.456 ModName: mwssrcas.dll ModVer 1.0.2.3 Offset: 0000707b Then when it closes, a dialog box that says: "0x2d88727b" instruction's "0x00000008" memory - this memory cannot be read. So what can I do? I have already got all graphics acceleration turned off (for computer that has crashes). I already used windows update to download all latest available updates.
