pdf attachment size too big

cannot send this one pdf file as an email attachment. the file size is too big. is there a way i can divide this file into two parts? or any way i could send the attachment?

am using adobe reader, the updated version, windows xp, yahoo email which tells me i cant exceed the 10MB limit, and my file is 12.6 MB
