A blank page being inserted that I cannot remove

While trying to change the field size of any of several documents we have that we created with Adobe Designer 7.0 as fillable forms, a new blank page is inserted PRIOR to the current page. This blank page refuses to be deleted.

A work around is to copy all the individual elements to a new blank pdf and resave it.
