One problem I have with photos is multiple use. I need as eps, RGB, CMYK for different projects. Likewise sizes. So I like to let indesign get the whole big file and resize it as needed. Otherwise I'd drive myself crazy. One library has a few thousand photos so simplicity is paramount. As to incorporating PS, actions are quite easy, using a "follow me" recorder and saving the action and then a menu that says do this on every item in folder, or from the browser. In applescript anyway what you need at first glance would be a pretty short script. Reality says it would obviously be more complex! select folder loop for all files if file name contains (-90) then tell photoshop to open and rotate endif end loop peter
