I cannot work out how to do vertical tabulation in ID2 and cannot find anything written about it. For those who haven't come across the term, vertical tabulation is simply arranging paragraphs in a number of "columns" within the actual column width by indenting each column left and right by increasing/decreasing amounts. Obviously if leading is set, the second par will start on the line after the first par, but I need to be able to start the second par on the same first line as the first par (and 3rd, 4th, etc). I think I've tried all combinations of keep with, zero leading, etc. But ID2 seems bereft of any line/para break options, ie, break before/after/none. Any ideas, anyone?
