Wingdings/ZaphDingbats not showing

Once (CorelDraw) file is published to PDF, it looses the winding and zaphdingbat type fonts. When opened in Acrobat 5 it lists those fonts as being present, but they are not seen on the document. 

When saved as curves (text) the document appears exteremly pixilated and jagged....HELP.
