Why am I doing this?(read at bottom)

THE MCCALL SCAM REVEALED

The guy advertises a roulette system on the net and then backs out on
the refund, he is legally obligated to provide a refund, yet he denies
the customer's existance after the customer purchases for him,
eventhough I have a website of my own(listed at bottom of this message),
I am not afraid to get the facts out. What I'm offering IS valuable
gambling infromation, what McCall is offering, is something he read off
the back of a breakfeast placement in vegas giving some advice to
roulette players. We've all discovered his system anyway, but here it
is:

Many of you know me, my name is Joseph Toth, and I am fullfilling the
legal obligations of Mr. McCall and getting people their refunds through
McCall LEGALLY. If anyone has ordered McCall's System, here is what you
do to get your money back, first here is the email I sent to him a
minute ago:

Dear Mr. McCall,

I am forwarding this email to you from one of your customers
that is
requesting a refund, you have not gotten back to his numerous email's,
so I thought I'd forward this email to you as a courtesy to you.(No need
to thank me)
I will be forwarding you more emails of customers requesting
refunds,
as per your webpage. I had my corporate lawyer take a look at this
situation and have offered to give free legal advice to all victims of
your system, as to how they can secure judgments against you for the
amount owing. But all this should'nt bother you, if the person below is
NOT your customer, and he does NOT have a reciept of a money order that
he sent to your name, that his bank informed him that WAS cashed by a J.
Mccall, and that my lawyer saw the printed version of your website at
the time of his order which stated you do offer a guarantee. I hope I
don't hear from you,, bye.

((Customer name and Information here))

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can file a civil law suit against Mccall for only $25(canada court
cost), If he does not respond to your lawsuit in 14 days, you are
automatically awarded a judgment against his name for $100 + court
costs. If he is using a false name or alias, the court's can be made
aware of this, and the courts will order that his true identity be
revealed(thorough ISP records etc..) and may even charge him with
misrepresentation.
I Have spoken to my corporate lawyer about this and he feels confident
that "customers" of Mccall can get their money back AS PER his guarantee
as long as they have a copy of the draft or money order that they have
sent him.
Option number 2 is to file a MASS LAWSUIT against him, all customers of
his system could get back to me and I will put you all on my mailing
list and talking to my lawyer on how we could proceed with a Mass
Lawsuit. And keep you continually updated, I suspect the court cost's
will be cheaper as well, and if the amount is big($1,000+) a judge will
take it more seriously, especially since we can present the judge with
the names and address of the 100+ people that have ordered Mccall's
system.
My motivation to do all this is to get a scam artist off the net.

===============================
Why am I doing this?

I'm tired of people getting ripped off on the net with useless gambling
information that MCcall offers, by the way for all you people that don't
know McCall's brilliant system, here it is:(free of charge) ( ignore the
commands in arrows <html> and <p>, these are just html tags that make
the below appear as a webpage.)

>If, however, you are very unfortunate and lose a game. Don't fret. It's
very easy to catch up. At this point, you must immediately place another

the
rule of the system: place your bets after it hits in the first section.
The
rule still applies if you were playing a particular game and it hits in
the
first section subsequently causing you to lose.

>I suggest that you play again only one other time after a loss. If the

your chances of suffering losses which will take a considerable amount
of
wins in order to recover from. When I play I never tempt fate and bet
against a strong first section streak.

After sending this system out to customers, he DENY'S the person in
question as being his customer and says his system has NOTHING TO DO
with the 2nd and 3rd dozen, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY.
He also has another guy named "James Hathaway" ( why did'nt you just
make up a name like "Big Bird", it would sound much more real) and this
"James Hathaway" guy has is on website on the same server as McCalls,
promoting McCalls system. Let's take a look at an email McCall wrote
me: anything with a >> in front of it, is me(Joseph Toth) asking him a
question.

====================================================================================
Hello again Mr. Toth,

It's great to hear from you again! I hope you've been well.

>Let's cut the crap buddy, are you telling me that mr. hathaway is not
>mr. mcall?

I am Joseph McCall, *not* James Hathaway. James Hathaway is *not* Joseph
McCall. I hope this answers your question, Mr. Toth.

>are you telling me that all that hatemail in the newsgroups is
>intended for a different mr.mcall?

What hate mail in the newsgroups? You must understand that I don't
follow the newsgroups anymore. I just don't have the time for it and I
don't see a point in it.

Besides, if there is a lot of hate mail, then isn't that evidence that I
also have a lot of customers? I mean, if only 2 out of every 10
customers complains about me on the newsgroups, then that's a lot of
customers!

Therefore, even if the hate mail exists, it doesn't bother me one bit.
As a matter of fact, I use it as a gauge of my success.

>are you telling me your system is NOT bet the 2nd and 3rd dozen after
>the 1st dozen hits?

Wrong, Mr. Toth. That is *not* the premise of any of my systems.

Interesting. Here is how the system works:

IT DOESN'T. period, no question about it.

in roulette, or any almost even game, each bet is independent. In
McCall's system the assumption is, that after a hit in the first dozen,
a second hit is less likely. That is wrong (unless the wheel is off).

Joseph's system seems to be based on winning and loosing streaks. These
don't really exist. Again, after having 5 winning hands in a row, it is
NOT more likely to get another one.

The trick about a 50/50 chance is, however, that there always be
'streaks', just because the even/odd combination eoeoeo is just as
likely as eeeeee or oooooo. Try it out by flipping a coin. Flip a coin 6
times in a row. record what you get. Do that 10 times, 50 times, or even
100 times. See what you get. Most likely the result won't break even.
Make sure to differentiate between eeeeeo and eeeeoe and so on. That
explains why you're more likely to have 1 'o' in the 5 'e' than 6 'e'.
However, after 5 'e', it doesn't mean an 'o' is more likely!
***************************************************************
So, how does the system work for someone selling it? That's easy:

Sell the system to a faithful customer. As mentioned above, he's not
very likely to break even. A number of people will win, the others will
lose. Since it's a casino game, the casino makes most the money, but
still a number of people will double their bankroll, the majority won't.
Now, the sales person has two options:

* Take the money and run. It works, you made money! Most people won't go
through a lot of hassle to get their money back. In the long run, you
might get in trouble (McCall?)

* Give a refund, no questions asked. Write a nice letter with it, that
you're really sorry it didn't work for him. But hey, you still get to
keep the money from the people who won (the lucky ones), and the people
who couldn't get bothered to ask for a refund.

********************************************
So, here's my system (free of charge):
- Take all the money you want to gamble, place it on one bet. If you
win, you will double your bankroll. If you lose, I'm sorry.
If you use this system in a casino and win, please send me 10% of the
money you made (that's fair isn't it? You still made 90%!) :)

If I was a business man, I would sell this as a proven system, since on
your first bet, you're much more likely to win than on the other ones.
This is because the casino wants your business, and wants you to gamble
more. (sounds good, doesn't it? But I just made this up.) Then I would
get all the money from the lucky players, without doing anything.

Now, the truth: Casino's have an edge, only a few % in general (0.5 -
5%, dependent on game and sometimes skills), this edge applies every
time you bet money, so they less bets you have out, the better for you.
Therefore, above system is indeed the best possible system, since your
bet is on the table only once. If you place small bets, you win some,
you lose some, the winning ones you'll put back on the table, and every
time you'll lose a few percent of it (statistically). So, if fact, the
so far unbeaten system still is a savings account!

For good info, check out www.GameMasterOnline
Those guys are really good. There you can also learn how to count cards.
This can work. However, it's hard work, and if you want to make about
$10/h, you need a bankroll of at least a few $1000, and if you're really
good, you are a bit more likely to double that, than to lose it all. If
you can afford to blow $1000, you'll probably have a job which pays more
than $10/h.
In any case, it's fun if you're a gambler!
Otherwise, if you include air fare, hotel costs, and consider that out
of 8 hours running around in casinos looking for a good game without
being disclosed as a counter you might spend only a few actually making
money, think back about the savings account.

Take care, and keep your money to yourself!
