Hi there,

I am using Redhat 7.1 kernel 2.4.7. I am a complete beginner in networking
stuff. I really want to connect a Windows 98 system and my Redhat 7.1 system by
home networking.

Networking feature that I want to have is sharing files and printer between
Win98 and Redhat7.1 and also sharing internet connection between the two
(Redhat Linux system is supposed to be the one that has the direct connection
to the internet)
Just bought 2 NetGear Ethernet cards couple days back and installed them
successfully. I just need some initial guidance as to where to start. Which
server should I use and type of networking with the features mentioned above?

Thanks.

Alimin
