Xcopy is a shortcut to Xcopy32, either one will work. Neither one
will copy hidden files in real dos, only in a Dos window.
As Provider suggested use the Pause command to switch disks.

Echo Insert disk 2
Pause

To use Xcopy32 from real dos to copy hidden files try this in your
*.bat file.

cd\windows
attrib -r -s -h win.ini (repeat for each file)

Then use Xcopy32

At the end use:

cd\windows
attrib +r +s +h win.ini (repeat for each file)

Xcopy or Xcopy32 don't do long file names in real dos.
